sleep paralysis

just had sleep paralysis after taking a nap because i was really tired and i never really knew what sleep paralysis felt like before this but it genuinely felt like i was dying.
i dont remember falling asleep so i thought i was just passing out so i expected my vision to go white but it just didnt, it was black the whole time.
i couldnt open my eyes.
after tapping myself in the face and trying to scream i just gave up and layed there for what felt like around 30 minutes or so and i just kind of, woke up i guess ?
it felt really fucking weird and i was pretty hungry and cold when i woke up too.
